TheAustralian National JASON Conference (ANJC) is an annual event designed foreducators who plan to teach or co-ordinate the new JASON curriculum, Operation: Resilient Planet in 2009.

Co-ordinated by Gateways Education this two-day event will run between
23rd & 24th October 2008 and will feature:

• Keynote presentations from leading Australian scientists and researchers

• Break-out workshops focusing on:
  • Hands-on activities/experiments from the Operation: Resilient Planet curriculum
  • Beginner sessions for new JASON Teachers
  • Advanced sessions for experienced JASON teachers
  • Workshops on the use of the new JASON technologies
    
  • Australian correlations to the international environmental systems/locations used in the main curriculum
  • Support materials and displays
